We love our customers and want you to be happy – we offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase.

Simply email us on team@azollalifestyle.com.au to let us know your issue and we will work together for a positive outcome.  We are generally happy to refund or exchange items that are returned in a pristine, original condition, excluding postage costs.  All returns are covered by the customer.

We cannot accept returns for an exchange or refund if an item has been worn, used or soiled.  Once we have received your return/exchange garment, please allow five business days for processing.  If your chosen item is unavailable, a refund will be processed and you will be notified by email.

Please note refunds are not available for sale items.  We will exchange for a different size or product or provide a credit note.
